These Terms and Conditions will govern the use of the COPY THAT ® CREW web site http://www.copythatcrew.com.au and the purchase of any goods from it. http://www.copythatcrew.com.au is owned and operated by  COPY THAT ® CREW (ABN 47352266827)

Please understand, by using this website you do agree to be bound by its terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability. You also acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. COPY THAT ® CREW reserves the right to amend or update this information at any time without providing notice.

 Ordering

  • For COPY THAT ® CREW to process your order, we need some information from you. These details include your name, contact details, billing address, delivery address and payment details.
  • For information on how we obtain, store and use your personal information please refer to our Privacy Policy.
  • Payment will need to be successfully processed before we can deliver your goods.
  • You should receive a message on screen confirming your order once your payment has gone through. You should also receive an email to your nominated email address confirming the order. If you don’t, there may have been a problem with processing your order. Please let us know if this happens, by emailing sales@copythatcrew.com.au. Please keep your order number somewhere safe so you can use it as a reference if you do have any queries relating to your order.

Prices and Payment

  • Our price is displayed on our home page of our website and this price includes delivery. The price may change without notice, but any new price will be clearly displayed on our web site.
  • All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
  • We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. Our credit card payments are accepted using the secure PayPal payment gateway.

 Payment will need to be successfully processed before we can deliver your goods.

Availability of products

  • All of our product are in stock most of the time. If your chosen item is out of stock, we will contact you using the contact details you provided when ordering.

Warranties, refunds and cancellations

At COPY THAT® the Crew are happy when you are happy. We guarantee all our products and would like to honour any item that is faulty.

Here is what you need to do…

Email us at sales@copythatcrew.com.au and let us know what is happening.

  • You will probably be asked to return the item back to us.
  • All goods being returned MUST be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • All goods MUST be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached
  • Please prove documentation as proof of purchase. Please indicate your reasoning for returning the product and what you would like – Exchange or Refund (If product is faulty). If it is an exchange, what you would like as a replacement to the same monetary value.

All discounted items purchased are final sale. These are non-refundable and not valid for exchange under any circumstances.

Please choose carefully, refunds and exchanges are not valid for Change of Mind. (Depending on the circumstances, we may provide you with a credit to use for a new purchase).

We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us or if the building we sent to is secured and inaccessible. It’s the senders’ responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions and give us instructions on how to manage their delivery to a building that is not accessible.
