At COPY THAT® the Crew are happy when you are happy. We guarantee all our products and would like to honour any item that is faulty.

Here is what you need to do…

Email us at sales@copythatcrew.com.au and let us know what is happening.

  • You will probably be asked to return the item back to us.
  • All goods being returned MUST be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • All goods MUST be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached
  • Please prove documentation as proof of purchase. Please indicate your reasoning for returning the product and what you would like – Exchange or Refund (If product is faulty). If it is an exchange, what you would like as a replacement to the same monetary value.

All discounted items purchased are final sale. These are non-refundable and not valid for exchange under any circumstances.

Please choose carefully, refunds and exchanges are not valid for Change of Mind. (Depending on the circumstances, we may provide you with a credit to use for a new purchase).

We are unable to offer a refund if incorrect delivery information is given to us or if the building we sent to is secured and inaccessible. It’s the senders’ responsibility to make sure they provide us with detailed and accurate delivery instructions and give us instructions on how to manage their delivery to a building that is not accessible.
